Since January 2014, Radi has overall responsibility for the strategic human resources agenda in the Coca-Cola Eurasia and Africa Group and the strategic business partnership with the Group President and his Leadership Team. This vastly spread geography of 93 countries includes some of the fastest growing markets and regions in Coca-Cola such as Russia, Turkey and Middle East.

She is a 15 year veteran of The Coca-Cola Company with extensive international experience as HR generalist and organizational development professional. During her service with The Coca-Cola Company, Radi has held various Organization Effectiveness, Talent Development and Talent Management roles, as well as HR leadership positions in Europe, Africa and Asia. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Radi worked for IBM, where she held HR generalist positions at IBM’s European Headquarters in Paris and the Emerging Markets Head Office in Vienna.

Throughout her career with The Coca-Cola Company, Radi has designed and put in place a number of development strategies, programs and tools, focused on building capabilities and leadership bench such as 360° feedback, leadership assessment centers, coaching and feedback and talent exchange programs aiming to develop local leaders with global skills and mindset. Radi is certified in the administration and interpretation of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Suite, Firo-B and as a trainer in coaching, change management and behavioral interviewing. She is serving as a coach in TCCC Catalyst and Women in Leadership Programs.

Radi is a Bulgarian national and has a master’s degree in Psychology from the University in Sofia and a post-graduate diploma in Social Psychology from Oxford University. As part of her studies, Radi conducted research on cross-cultural differences in social psychology in Eastern and Western societies. Her research was published in the Journal of Cross-Cultural Social Psychology
