Every organizational crisis contains an issue AND an opportunity



 
 
The most recent HREC call this last Friday, September 25, on Business Transformation with Mark de Witte, CEO at Royal DeKuyper distilleries, was another great call in our webinar series 2015.
 
Reflecting on the call with Mark we learned about how every organizational crisis contains an issue AND an opportunity. The red line through any change, according to Mark, is how you can provide clarity on the job to be done, how you communicate about that and also can be transparent as a leader on what to change and how then you rebuild the confidence during the change process.
