The Performance Transition

Organizational success today requires employees who are enterprise contributors – employees who perform well individually and also contribute to the success of others and leverage others to improve their own performance. To transform performance and create a workforce of enterprise contributors, most organizations focus on motivational strategies to improve employees’ willingness to be enterprise contributors.

What they don’t realize is that most employees are already willing and able to be enterprise contributors, yet 75% say their organization has made it hard for them to do so. In particular, they face four paradoxes that have to be addressed: the competition paradox; the prioritization paradox; the collaboration paradox; and the motivation paradox.

Join our webinar on 21 November to learn how organizations address these paradoxes and make it easier for employees to be enterprise contributors by changing the performance management system, re-orienting goal-setting, redefining accountabilities and leveraging both intrinsic and financial rewards.
